I prototyped and managed multiple interactive software screen flows for the Tandem Mobile App and Tandem Source, Tandem's web-based application that allows users to view reports and visualizations of their diabetes management.
The goal of Tandem Source is to serve as the central hub for viewing and analyzing insulin therapy data uploaded from a user's insulin pump. The Tandem Mobile App is the insulin pump companion app that connects to Tandem's insulin pumps.
My responsibilities included iterative UX prototyping and design, managing interactive screen flow libraries, producing print and digital collateral for promotional use, instructional guides, and app store overviews.
Because the software applications are inherently data-heavy, it was important to ensure that the UX designs emphasized clarity and simplicity to ensure that finding and understanding data was always intuitive.
As part of the company wide rebranding efforts, I had to swiftly pivot and adapt previous designs to fit within new brand guidelines and ensure that all design work that followed did the same.
