From the ground floor, I created and drove the brand identity for Tandem's official membership program, Team Tandem.
The goal of the Team Tandem campaign is to reward and strengthen the community of passionate customers with a "delight and surprise," approach in order to increase customer size and retention. It's a high-visibility initiative that unites passionate customers from all walks of life; from professional athletes to the everyday user.
My responsibilities included the end-to-end design frameworks from visual brand guidelines, strategy, user experience, and implementation of one cohesive narrative across all channels including package designs, emails, webpages, social media, trade show banners, and more.
