As Tandem's in-house lead designer for video and motion graphics, my responsibilities spanned across video productions, animations, presentations, on-site video shoot guidance, storyboards, shot lists, color correction, music/audio, and digital asset management.

The goal of digital ads are to connect and communicate with customers through online channels with eye catching graphics to achieve a variety of business objectives such as driving sales, promote products, brand awareness, education, and more.

I strategized and developed data-driven paid digital media campaigns, resulting in milestones such as a 44% growth of total customer sales leads and a successful company brand extension in key markets.
